Meeting Highlights:
President Shane Shelton opened the meeting welcoming 22 members.
Bill Newsam reported on the outing to Whippett. It was attended by 17 members and only 2 old cars due to rainy weather. Everyone had a good time and the service was much improved. They have new owners.
Since Bill was not able to attend the January Club meeting, tonight he reported on the Kiwanis Christmas Club Drive. We helped the Kiwanis Club provide gifts for 800 kids and their families.
The February outing will be hosted by the Overtons on Saturday, February 25. We will meet at Chicken Express at 1:45 to caravan all the way to US Pizza in Bryant.
Wanda Price requested a new contact sheet for current club members. Todd Overton is working to complete the list. Wanda also reported that the cruises to Larry’s Pizza the first Saturday of each month will begin March 4.
We would like to remind all members that if you have not yet paid your dues for this year, now is the time to renew.
As always, car show sponsors are needed. Lisa Ramsey is working to secure proper catering for the show. She will give us a follow up report at the March meeting.
