Time: 6:00 p.m.

Meeting Highlights:

David Huett and Cheryl Overton commended everyone’s effort for a successful car show this year. Everything went very well.
The Christmas party will be held on December 1 at 6:00 p.m. at the Gene Moss Building. If you are coming and would like to bring a side, please contact Velta Shipps at 501-888-4737. The set up for the party will be on Wednesday, November 30 at 2:00 p.m. We would appreciate the help anyone who is able.
The November outing will be Saturday, November 26. It will be hosted by Johnny and Lisa Ramsey. We will meet at the Chicken Express at 2 p.m. and travel to Molly O’Brien’s on Hwy 5 near Hot Springs Village.
We would like to offer condolences to the families of Rudy and Shelby Osborn. They passed away within a week of each other. We would also like to express condolences to Lynn Moore and his family in the passing of his wife Peggy. She passed away a few days ago due to complications from a stroke.
We are thankful that Ricky Fischer is improving after major surgery to remove a brain tumor. Also, keep Elisabeth Shelton in prayer as she is recovering from shoulder surgery.
The four charities the club usually supports are: CJOHN, Kiwanis Club of Saline Cty., The Boys and Girls Club, and The Christian Community Care Center. Typically $500 is donated to each charity with the exception of the Kiwanis Club Christmas program. This program usually receives $800-$850. Motion was made by Bill Newsam to continue with the same organizations and the same project for the Kiwanis Christmas Project. The motion was approved unanimously.
Phillip and Kennie Birch relayed the following information about an upcoming Toy Run on December 3. If you are interested in participating, they will be leaving Rodney’s Cycle House located at 9110 I-30, Little Rock 72209. We will parade to Clear Channel Metroplex. Bring one unwrapped toy. For more information and the time to meet at the Cycle House, call 501-562-6336.
